While pursuing the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, we combine adult-led and child-led activities to address a wide range of subjects and themes (EYFS).
We design each session around the specific requirements and interests of the kids to make sure they realise their maximum potential.
As a foundation for all learning, we place a strong emphasis on communication and language skills as well as personal, social, and emotional development.
We think that a child's acquisition of independence, confidence, self-esteem, and the desire to study all start with these developmental milestones.
The other learning domains will be covered as the kids move through the group through carefully prepared activities that take their needs and interests into consideration.
The group is adaptable to allow for ad hoc learning opportunities as well as to offer the kids time to revisit activities and put new skills into practise.
As a non-profit organisation, the group is managed by a management committee made up of parents, caregivers, and interested parties.
We are listed with OFSTED and part of the Early Years Alliance.
Lisa, the manager of Busy Bees, started working there in 2008.
Since 2011, Debbie has been employed with Busy Bees.
