Several Risk Assessments are prepared as part of the Health and Safety procedures of EHRS to allow us to examine what safety procedures need to be put in place.
Numerous risk evaluations that are relevant to the synagogue's many operational areas have been completed by EHRS.
There is no law requiring or mandating the existence of any risk assessment, and government guidance is non-statutory.
The recommendations do call for making a workplace risk assessment accessible to the employees.
This has been created and distributed to all staff members.
Businesses simply need to share the findings of their risk assessment; neither the actual risk assessment document nor the specifics contained within it are required to be published, according to the guidance.
If necessary, the complete risk evaluations are given to those to whom they apply.
The directors, who are legally liable and responsible for the business and charity, review and approve the risk assessments.
The EHRS website is currently functionally off-limits to visitors unless you have scheduled an appointment with a staff member.

The location is open to staff and volunteers in order to produce a webcast religious service (aka Livestream).
A tight hygiene and cleaning schedule is in place for all operations, including daily sanitization of every workspace or whenever an occupier changes, routine sanitization of handrails and door furnishings, usage of disposable towels, and enhanced ventilation.
During the pandemic limitations, the pre-schools (nurseries) of Nagila and Bookies-Babes are open in accordance with the recommendations and Offsted specifications.
Staff has been updated, and risk assessments have been put together.
Risk assessments that have been developed as a result of activities that are allowed have been added to and are consistent with any broader assessments.
