Mossley Hill Pre-School

The Pre-School, which is housed on the secure grounds of the Mossley Hill Parish Church, was founded in 1991.
We are a friendly, approachable, and caring community that strives to provide children between the ages of 2 and 5 with high-quality learning.
Every child who enrols at Mossley Hill is invited with their parent or caregiver for a familiarisation visit.
The visit will give the parents an opportunity to discuss their child and any know specific needs with us, this will then help us to support the child through their time at Pre-School.
By collaborating closely with parents, we can support a child's whole growth.
A key person is assigned to each child.
The key person will help settle the child when they begin their journey with us and build a rapport with the child and parents.
Although each half term we have an over aching topic, which will be taught through books and memorable moments, our play based curriculum springs from the interest and needs of our children derived from the observations we make each day.
There is a new focus on early language and extending vocabulary across the curriculum.
We provide a wide range of activities and experiences to help your childs development throughout the Early years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
