The owner and director of Moringa Day Nursery is Cindy-Leigh. Being a mother herself, Cindy-Leigh is dedicated to fostering a homelike environment for the kids while promoting Montessori education.
In her twenties, Cindy-Leigh completed her Montessori training. Since then, she has worked both inside and outside of the nursery setting, managing and operating small nurseries in South Africa. Her own nursery has been a longstanding ambition for her.
Her goal is to help not just the children in her care but the entire family by caring for every aspect of them.
Cindy-Leigh works hard to make Moringa a welcoming, cosy space where the kids may feel at home and be open to learning. She values it when the kids are delighted to visit and have a good time at Moringa.
The Moringa tree, which meaning "wonder tree," gave rise to the name Moringa. In addition to being a reference to the wonder of infant development, it also has a personal significance for Cindy because her father grows the trees in Spain and has been a crucial support in helping her realise her ambition.
