Mill on the Brue Activity Centre

Tony & Tricia Rawlingson Plant founded Mill on the Brue in 1982.
They both had outdoor adventure, training, and development experience.
The collaboration terminated in 1990, and Tony & Tricia relocated the entire Center to Trendle Farm with the aid of personnel.
Our three children have always worked and contributed, and in January 2004, Matt, our younger son, joined Mill on the Brue as a Director. It has always been very much a family affair.
Sadly, Tony passed away on December 23, 2009, but his spirit continues to live on via the founding of the centre and all the advancements made over the past 30+ years.
The family created a charitable trust in Tony's honour after his passing.
Young people who would not otherwise have the financial resources to do so can now benefit from the life-changing experience of an outdoor adventure course thanks to grants from The Tony Trust.
The Tony Trust has already assisted more than twenty people on courses around the UK and continues to be wholly independent of Mill on the Brue.
