Merry-go-round Nursery was started in 2016 by Busy Childcare LLP as a sibling facility to Barts Busy Bees, the company's original nursery.
From the time they are 24 months old until the August after their fifth birthday, we accept kids.
This implies that young children (aged 3 to 4) can continue with us rather than enrolling in a school nursery, and occasionally even for their first year of school (aged 4-5).
By doing this, they will gain access to our significantly higher staffing levels (from 1 staff member to 4 - 8 children, rather than 1 staff member per 13 children in many school nurseries).
Contrary to common opinion, your child's likelihood of receiving a place in the school is completely determined by your Local Authority, thus attending a school nursery does not improve that chance.
In order to provide your child with the greatest preschool education possible, Merry-Go-Round and our sister nursery, Barts Busy Bees, make sure that they enjoy their time with us and have FUN learning about not just the curriculum, but also about tolerance, community, and empathy.
We were founded by parents who realised that the majority of nearby nurseries operate exclusively for profit and hire the youngest and hence cheapest personnel.
We make every effort to guarantee that the staff members on our team are joyful and enthusiastic individuals who like looking after and educating your children.
We don't hire based on price, but rather on fit and prior experience.
