Meadow Brook Playcare

We are dedicated to promoting and fostering a healthy lifestyle among our staff, students, and families at Meadow Brook.
Our aim is to instil in our kids the value of healthy food, exercise, and oral hygiene.
We celebrate Wellbeing Wednesday with our staff on the first Wednesday of each month.
We encourage, inform, and remind our personnel to take time for themselves on this day.
With this knowledge, we can encourage healthy eating. To do this, we use the NHS Eatwell guide to make sure that children receive nutritious meals and snacks while they are at nursery.
We raise a wide variety of fruits and vegetables on our own nursery allotment.
At Meadow Brook, we work to encourage excellent oral health in a number of ways, including through reading, sharing our own stories, having access to the right resources, and having local dentists pay us a visit.
We also have a swap shop that families can use for free in order to promote best practises.
