Long Preston Playgroup

Our playgroup is located in specially constructed facilities next to Long Preston Endowed School in Long Preston. Children as young as 2 years old are welcome to join this warm and inclusive playgroup. Currently, we have four employees who are all at least Level 3 qualified in child care: Natalie (leader, Senco, and Safeguarding lead), Katie (Deputy Manager), Jo (Health and Safety Officer), and Natasha (Behavior Coordinator). Our goal is to offer top-notch early childhood education in a wonderful environment where every kid is treated equally. We are run by a committee of parents, so our kids are always at the forefront of our ideas and thoughts. We are not a for-profit company; instead, any earnings are reinvested in our playgroup to foster the growth of our kids. Children have a seamless transition into Long Preston Endowed School and are well-prepared for school when the time comes thanks to tight ties to the school and the incorporation of some of the reception class throughout the sessions.
