Loddon Nursery School

Loddon Nursery School is a private, long-standing nursery that Director Jayne White has owned and run since 1993.
Children from birth to age five receive the best care and education possible from our team of highly qualified, motivated, and committed employees.
We adhere to the principles of The Curiosity Approach, providing a setting that fosters a sense of surprise, astonishment, and curiosity in children, igniting their desire to play and learn.
Our strategy is to offer a serene, natural setting full with diverse, unstructured resources.
For nine of our youngest children, ages 0 to 2, we offer the Ladybird Room, where we provide a warm, loving environment that meets the requirements of each unique family.
Up to 22 toddlers and young preschoolers can be found in the Caterpillar Room.
In order to prepare for school, children can develop into autonomous learners and critical thinkers in our modular classroom's rich, supporting environment.
A sensory route through our garden area takes kids to various play spaces, such as a mud kitchen, construction zone, water feature, raised garden beds, and secret garden.
Through daily free flow play, which allows children to decide when they want to use the indoors or outside, both the Caterpillar and Butterfly rooms have access to the garden regardless of the weather.
Every day as part of their routine, the ladybird kids visit the garden.
