Little Tots Nursery

Julie Torrible and Heather Schofield, who have a wealth of expertise, a passion for children, and the same beliefs about learning utilising the Montessori principle and practise with the EYFS, founded Little Tots Nurseries in the spring of 2001. One of the most crucial decisions you will have to make as a parent is selecting your child's first educational programme.

As their primary and ongoing caregivers and educators, the parents of our children are our partners.
We encourage a healthy diet in our nurseries.
Children at Reading & Stoney Heath are provided with one hot, wholesome meal per day, together with a snack and tea, or parents can send their child with a packed lunch.
We suggest that you choose easy-care clothing for the kids.
To save the child's own clothes, we do provide a uniform consisting of a polo shirt and a jumper, but this is not required.
Please bring your own complete set of marked clothes even though we do have a limited number of extras, especially if your child is still potty training.
Please provide extra napkins if your child is wearing them.
Please make sure your child has wellies, a waterproof jacket, and waterproof pants for the forest. Due to the fact that we go on field trips in all weather conditions, the kids might get very muddy while having a great time exploring the outdoors.
We encourage all parents to take the time to go over our policies and procedures, which are available in the nurseries' main entrance hall.
The team at Little Tots Nurseries is fully trained and experienced.
An app for smartphones and tablets called ParentZone allows you to track your child's progress in the daycare.
A chronology of your child's day at nursery will be available for you to view, complete with pictures, videos, and comments on your child's daily activities.
We want to make sure we work with parents to enhance your childs development, so as well as being able to see what he or she is getting up to while in our care, you can get involved and contribute your own photos and notes from home to show all of the fun things your child gets up to outside of nursery.
