to pick up and drop off your children on schedule.
Your child will be assigned a key person when they enrol at Little Pippins Pre-School, and the name of the key person will be communicated to parents in writing.
When your child starts the setting, you will also meet their key person.
A key person is a selected staff member who will be in charge of keeping an eye on your child's growth and development while they are with us.
The key person is in charge of maintaining accurate records of your kid's development and accomplishments. They will also communicate directly with the Pre-School Manager and you, the parents, on any worries they may have about your child.
Three key person meetings are scheduled per year.
Ad-hoc meetings with your child's key caregiver are encouraged, but they must be scheduled in advance to guarantee that the right child-to-staff ratio can be preserved.
To maintain effective communication and engagement with parents, a diary system has been put in place.
Here, we can record the child's activities in preschool, their progress, whether they've tried any new foods, etc.
A staff member will fill them out at least once per week.
This offers you the chance to record what your kids have accomplished at home and any new things they have learned.
