Little Pebbles

Little Pebbles Nurseries' joint directors and founders are Jessica Khetani and Kanta (Kay) Hirani.
Due to work and other obligations, many of us can't always be with our kids, so when we leave them in daycare, we want to be absolutely certain that they are being given the best care possible by kind, skilled, and passionate caregivers.
Due to our shared enthusiasm for working with children, we founded our first nursery (Little Pebbles Burnt Oak) in 2012, and we built our second nursery in 2014. (Little Pebbles Hendon).
Little Pebbles nurseries have built a solid reputation over the last five years, and as a result, many of our students are choosing to enrol with us.
My education includes a BTEC Diploma in Nursery Nursing, a Foundation Degree in dealing with children and young people (Levels 4 and 5), and a BA Hons in working in integrated service (Level 6). (Level 3).
Before Little Pebbles, I had previously spent 8 years working in the childcare industry.
My expertise includes working as a senior staff member at a private day nursery in Middlesex, an Ofsted-registered childminder, and a nursery practitioner at Sure Start child care centres around Brent.
I earned my degree in early childhood studies in 2012 and am qualified to the level 5.
I have worked with kids ranging in age from birth to eight.
I respect Bowlby's attachment theory and the key person system, and I am aware of how crucial it is for kids to feel comfortable and secure at the nursery. This can be done by ensuring that the kids form strong bonds with the staff.
