Little Peanuts Day Nursery

On the outskirts of York, in a lovely rural location, Little Peanuts Day Nursery and Forest School offers eco-friendly childcare and education. We provide care for kids aged three months to five years old, and we take pleasure in raising kids who are the best they can be when they leave us for school. Since environmental sensitivity is at the heart of all we do at Little Peanuts, we make sure that every child is exposed to nature and the great outdoors both during forest school sessions and in all other facets of nursery life. We support a world that is socially just and environmentally sustainable for all, and we understand how crucial it is to look after and educate today's children in order to have an impact on how future generations live. Our usage of The Inquiry Approach serves as a guide as we work to foster a culture of wonder, awe, and curiosity in our environment. We have three specially designed and furnished big rooms in addition to our garden and woodland educational areas. To provide each child the opportunity to learn and develop in their own way, we've developed a homey atmosphere in our classrooms and make sure they're never overcrowded. Our committed staff takes the time to get to know each child personally so that care is individualised and each kid is supported as needed. There are policies in place at the nursery that address every aspect of health, safety, and security. We support a healthy diet and value diversity and equality.
