Being a charity, our primary motivation is to offer top-notch child care. We are fortunate to have a group of Trustees and advisors who help us in achieving our goals. Some of these individuals have held Board and other top roles for numerous national and worldwide businesses in a range of similar industries. Many members of our teaching staff have acquired high-level qualifications. By putting money into our staff and offering lots of possibilities for CPD, we remain appealing to potential employees. Members of Plymouth City Council's Early Years Team occasionally come to our facility to offer us guidance and support. When outside experts come to your home, they could occasionally spend a limited period of time working with your child or a group of kids. All outside experts will have gone through the required suitability checks, and they will always be accompanied by a member of our team. Verify with the Manager or your kid's key person that you do not want your child to participate in these activities.
