Through play, children develop social and interdisciplinary skills. Our play-based programme for kids satisfies all the criteria of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. It aids in every facet of their growth and learning. It helps them realise that learning is exciting and enjoyable by fostering their innate curiosity and desire to make sense of the universe. If kids are going to be passionate learners for the rest of their life, this is crucial. Children can explore, examine, and have fun while learning through play in a safe atmosphere with supportive adults. We assist them in developing ideas, thoughts, and abilities in a special, non-threatening manner that removes any fear of failure. With our family of employees, we hope to offer a setting that feels like home while also evolving to suit the changing needs of each kid. Julie and Penny, the company directors, are in charge of the Little Oaks settings. They have a combined depth of experience and knowledge gained from practical experience as Ofsted inspectors, practitioners, and—most importantly—mothers. To provide consistent, high-quality treatment in all settings, Julie and Penny are devoted to the ongoing development of every staff member.
