Little Me Pre-School

Victoria Egarr originally started Little Me Preschool in January 2017. I have 24 years of experience in child care, having worked as a nanny, a registered childminder since 2012, and in day nurseries before that. My childminding facility received an Outstanding rating in my Ofsted assessment. I decided to take the risk and create a preschool where I could grow and extend my child-minding business, which now included six children and an assistant. I had the good fortune to be granted the chance to start a preschool at the Maidenhead and Bray cricket club. As Little Me Preschool expanded over the years and I witnessed the advantages of outdoor play from the kids using the wooded area there, I made the decision to pursue my forest school level 3 qualification, which led me to fall in love with the outdoor forest school learning approach. Little Muddy Me was born in this location. In January 2020, I was able to launch a preschool that was entirely outdoors in a lovely woodland setting near Bray Lake. I think that children's needs are best satisfied when they have the room and resources to play and learn, and I think that Little Me and Little Muddy Me both offer an environment that is nurturing and engaging for all of our kids to grow and thrive.
