Little John's Pre-school

A committee (Board of Trustees) made up of parents, employees, and volunteers is in charge of Little Johns Preschool, a non-profit educational organisation. Little Johns enrols parents/caregivers as members of the preschool by default.
We invite all Members to attend our annual general meeting. Please get in touch if you're interested in volunteering for the Committee or if you just have questions.
Early Years professionals make up a close-knit team on our workforce. The bulk of the personnel are parents themselves in addition to having the formal education and experience stated. In our environment, we keep the adult-to-child ratio required by the EYFS Welfare Requirements. Wherever practical, we also use trainee practitioners and volunteer assistants to improve these ratios.
All Little Johns Preschool employees and volunteers are thoroughly DBS-checked, and they all go through ongoing, required training in child safety, food safety, and paediatric first aid. Staff members participate in regular training to keep them abreast of best practises in addition to earning certifications in Early Years care and education.
