Little Fishes Playgroup

We would like to extend a warm welcome to Little Fishes Playgroup to you and your kid.
Our goal is to create a space where kids may learn and play in a loving, entertaining environment.
Below are some details about the group, which you will need to know and some FAQ.
Naturally, kids will play and enjoy themselves immensely, but they will also learn a lot via play.
To promote the children's learning and development, we adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
In order for you to talk to your kid about these topics at home or send in items for your child to show everyone, we have themes that tie in with our activities. We will let you know what these topics are.
The hobbies of the kids serve as our inspiration for themes.
Please make sure your youngster is dressed appropriately.
All doors will be watched at the beginning of the session, and you will be requested to bring your kid through to our room to settle them before saying goodbye.
When you pick up your child, the same admittance process will be used.
Beginning playgroup causes varied reactions in all kids.
We will work with you to calm your child because you are the one who knows them best.
You are free to pause with your child at first, separating from them for brief intervals.
You are welcome to wait in our separate area while we see if your youngster relaxes.
You are welcome to read our risk assessments, policies, and procedures.
Please ring the bell in the foyer if you would want to enter because all of our doors and exterior gates are locked during the session.
A child record form, a consent form, and an All About Meform will be mailed to you.
In addition to providing opportunity for kids to share their news with us, the notice board outside our room also provides critical information like insurance data, newsletters, etc.
Please frequently review the information.
To keep you informed about what is happening at playgroup, we also send you frequent SMS and emails.
When your child starts you will also be given a secure password to access your childs individual, online learning journal on Tapestry so that you can see what we have been up to.
You can reserve a free session at your neighbourhood library if you don't have access to a computer.
Parents will get a monthly invoice through email that includes information about their child's monthly costs.
Little Fishes Playgroup is a fully inclusive group which aims to provide a safe, stimulating and happy environment where children can develop, learn and play freely.
We have high expectations within the group and through the experiences and activities at Little Fishes we aim to enable every child to reach their full potential.
Each child at Little Fishes is valuable and unique.
