From the Little Acorns Day Nursery
We are a reputable daycare provider with more than 25 years of experience providing childcare of the highest calibre. The ground floor of a sizable Victorian home close to Catford Bridge Station is where Little Acorns is registered to care for and educate 32 children between the ages of 9 months and five years. The Nursery has areas for active play, eating, sleeping, and quiet times. It is cheerful, appealing, and bright. The kids can play and study in the kids' access to a sizable, secure garden that has both grass and safety surfacing. Pushchairs and crates are offered for storage at the side of the nursery. There are three separate rooms in the nursery. Each room has been meticulously planned to ensure the best possible layout to meet particular Early Learning Goals and help your child reach his or her full potential by promoting independence, boosting self-confidence, and fostering intellectual development by fostering their own innate desire to learn. The Forest School method, which engages kids via fulfilling outdoor activities, is another inspiration for us. Children have a wonderful opportunity to explore the outdoors, form a bond with nature, and develop a wide range of abilities, including social, emotional, and personal development as well as physical growth and communication. Animals are also present at Little Acorns. These include a rabbit, hens, and guinea pigs. The kids enjoy feeding the animals and helping to clean them out as well as having intimate touch with the creatures. We provide bi-annual Parents Evenings for Parents to meet important staff members and discuss your children's growth. We also produce a monthly newsletter that informs Parents of any changes and activities within the Nursery. Please send us an email at [email protected] if you have any questions about our programmes or activities.
