The Links Multi Academy Trust was established in October 2019. The Trust Board continues to have strategic and legal accountability for Links Academies and services. The Links MAT Board of Trustees has overall supervision over all academies and service teams that operate under the Links brand. A Senior Leadership Team (SLT) oversees internal organisation as well as the management and deployment of both teaching and non-teaching staff at each institution. The Links MAT Trust Board met for the first time on December 10, 2019. The governance of LInks MAT is governed by the following structure of Members and Trustees. You can reach Mrs. Maire Lynch, our chair of the trustees, at [email protected] or by writing to The Links Academy. The trust's members must ultimately succeed in achieving its objectives if it is to succeed. They have the power to select and remove trustees as well as approve the articles of incorporation. The DfE wants five members, however academy trusts are required to have at least three. Member works for the professional services firm Interpath Limited and is a minor shareholder of Pearl Group Topco Limited, which owns Interpath (Interpath). Members' spouses are employed by Hertfordshire County Council (at Loreto College, St Albans). The trustees work together to perform the fundamental responsibilities necessary for school governance. The trustees are also in charge of monitoring compliance with business and charity laws as well as the funding agreement the trust has with the Secretary of State. Our Articles of Association provide the bylaws for the board of trustees. Head of the Atlas Multi Academy Trust's St. Albans Girls School.
