What better way to celebrate your accomplishments than to do so during your graduation ceremony with loved ones.
The graduation ceremony will take place at Sue Townsend Theatre on September 17, 2022.
You will receive both your tickets and those for your guests.
Please be aware that we cannot take any new bookings for graduates on the day.
If additional guest tickets are available for purchase that day, we will let all graduates know and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Graduands and visitors enter the Sue Townsend Theatre (please do not arrive earlier than 10:30am).
If you wish to participate in this event, registration is required.
By 2 September 2022, please use this booking form to confirm both your participation and that of your visitors.
After this time, we won't take any more registrations, and we won't be able to accommodate any graduates who show up without registration.
Graduands may initially reserve a maximum of two guest tickets.
We will begin selling any remaining guest tickets online starting on September 3, 2022, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your visitors' attendance will be subject to a nominal fee, which must be paid during registration.
All children are included in the venue's capacity calculation due to fire rules.
Children 2 and older must have a ticket.
Newarke Street Car Park, where there is a fee to park, is the closest parking lot to the venue. More information can be found here.
Theft or damage to vehicles or their contents will not be the responsibility of Leicester College.
The William Northam website will accept gowning reservations starting in the summer of 2022.
You can graduate in a cap and gown thanks to our collaboration with a gown-robing business.
This must be scheduled directly with the gowning business.
If you've reserved gowning, check in after which you'll head to the gowning room to get ready for the wedding.
By 11:45 a.m., all graduates must be gowned.
Throughout the event, pictures will be taken that could be utilised for marketing and social media.
Your tickets' backs will also have the event's timings printed on them.
