Regardless of their individual circumstances, Beth, the Learning Pad's founder and manager, wanted to create a place where kids and adults could succeed outside of the classroom. With twenty years of administrative and teaching expertise, this desire was realised in 2018. It is crucial to acknowledge that instructors work really hard while working with pupils in schools. At Learning Pad, we wanted to give kids and adults a place where learning could go on after school hours so they could develop their abilities outside of the traditional classroom. Because each person is different, education must be approached in a unique way. Amazing skills include writing, math, building, inventing, and even disassembling things. Then there are those that require more support. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing a child identify their areas of strength and passion while also gaining a deeper understanding of who they are. The Learning Pad Group gives students the individualised attention they need to develop their natural abilities and skills while enabling them to succeed in school, college, and beyond. Our ten Pad goals are straightforward, as a pledge to anybody starting with us. to offer instruction to those who lack access to other resources or help. to get instruction from competent, specialised teachers in a variety of subject areas, including members of the Tutors Association and experts in extra learning requirements (such as dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, sensory processing, and dyspraxia).
