My name is Lynn Blay; good day. I have over 35 years of childcare experience as an Early Years Professional with a focus on behaviour control. Prior to starting Ladybird Private Day Nurseries in 2013 with my business partners, my previous positions included nursery manager, area manager, and director of early years. I consider myself to be very hands-on, and I like nothing more than spending time with the teachers and kids in each nursery room. I'm frequently seen singing with our preschoolers or crawling about on the floor of the infant room! to assist you in your role as the primary and most crucial educators of your children, the parents and caregivers. We do this by including you as much as we can in nursery life and your child's education. We constantly strive to be warm, hospitable, and welcoming nurseries that prioritise enduring relationships with parents and caregivers.
