In September 2011, Kidz Matter opened its doors as a childcare and educational facility for children from birth to five years old.
Sue Lord, the managing director, has over 25 years of real-world experience managing and working in various childcare settings.
Sue has a background in early childhood education and has earned a postgraduate certificate in integrated centre leadership (NPQICL).
Sue has concentrated on the calibre of services being provided to kids and their families after reflecting on her experiences, both positive and negative.
She now intends to make sure that Kidz Matter upholds the highest standards for these procedures.
Matter, people with recognised credentials hold all critical jobs.

Despite being available to assist in the nursery rooms, the Deputy Manager and Early Years Teacher (EYP) are super numerate staffing resources.
