Kids World Goldthorpe

The two locations of Kids World Goldthorpe are separate.
While our Goldthorpe nursery cares for our three and four year olds, our Dearne nursery is solely dedicated to two year olds.
This design, in our opinion, allows kids a lot more possibilities to grow at their own speed.
While the three and four year old pre school children enjoy a much larger environment that ultimately prepares them for advancement into school, the younger twos who may feel a bit overwhelmed at the start of their nursery life get the option to settle in to a smaller, quieter nursery.
It is seamless to move between the two nurseries.
The nurseries are side by side, one being located within The Factory community centre on Barnburgh Lane and the other on the lane to the side.
Both nurseries are handicap accessible and are located on one level.
Mon through Fri, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., both nurseries are open.
Only during the academic year is the Dearne nursery open.
All of the kids and staff transfer to our Goldthorpe nursery during the less busy school breaks. This nursery is open all year long and only closes for Christmas, bank holidays, and up to three inset days per year.
Additionally, the nursery offers assistance to kids with special needs and collaborates with outside organisations to make sure the right assistance is provided.
