Kids World Dearne

The two locations of Kids World Goldthorpe are separate.
While our Goldthorpe nursery cares for our three and four year olds, our Dearne nursery is solely dedicated to two year olds.
We feel this layout gives children far more opportunities to develop at their own pace.
Younger twos who may feel a little overwhelmed at the start of their nursery life get chance to settle in to a smaller, quieter nursery while the three and four year old pre school children have a much larger space which ultimately gets them ready for progression into school.
It is seamless to move between the two nurseries.
The nurseries are next to each other, with one within the Barnburgh Path community centre called The Factory and the other along a separate lane.
Both nurseries are handicap accessible and are located on one level.
Mon through Fri, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., both nurseries are open.
Only during the academic year is the Dearne nursery open.
All of the kids and staff transfer to our Goldthorpe nursery during the less busy school breaks. This nursery is open all year long and only closes for Christmas, bank holidays, and up to three inset days per year.
Additionally, the nursery offers assistance to kids with special needs and collaborates with outside organisations to make sure the right assistance is provided.
