Kids 1st - Hexham

Behind Hexham General Hospital, on Maidens Walk, is where you'll find Kids 1st Hexham. Each room in the nursery has direct access to expansive, well-furnished, and challenging gardens that have been created to fit the many age groups who utilise them. The rooms in the nursery are divided according to age group and stage of development. The kids will enrol in the Kids 1st Pre-School the academic year before they become eligible for mainstream education. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which encompasses children's learning and development from birth to age five, is the curriculum we use at Kids 1st Hexham. All children are expected to achieve better results under the EYFS in every area of learning and development. Kids 1st Hexham offers extracurricular activities like music and movement classes to its students. We have also been able to put up a creative studio, a music room, and a movement space with soft play thanks to the nursery's size and style. We like involving our parents by hosting frequent parents social evenings. At these gatherings, you will meet your child's key person and hear from them about their progress. Kids 1st Hexham received an exceptional Ofsted assessment in June 2016. Every morning, parents can enjoy a free breakfast service called Coffee to Go.
