All of our staff members have completed required training in child protection, behaviour management, and paediatric first aid since the safety and wellbeing of children is a top priority.

As a SENDCo, my main responsibility is to make sure that a child's support system is established as soon as a family chooses our nursery.
As Sarah's deputy, I work closely with her, my coworkers, parents, and outside experts to make sure that each child's needs and goals—as well as those of their families—are satisfied.
In August 2020, I started working at Kamelia Kids.
I've worked with kids from 6 weeks to 4 years old for more than 8 years in the childcare industry.
In order to expand my experience, knowledge, and abilities, I have worked in three nurseries over the course of eight years, primarily with newborns.
What I enjoy most about my job is forming relationships with parents and kids, getting to know each of them, and supporting kids as they go on to the next phases of their development by collaborating closely with parents to assist them raise their kids.
I have almost 20 years of experience working in early childhood and daycare.
I enjoy seeing how the kids mature and change as they play.
All of this is being done to get them ready for the next phase of their development when they start school.
