Houghton Nursery Group

Established in 1966, the Houghton Nursery Group is a registered charity that moved to a brand-new, purpose-built building on the grounds of Houghton Primary School in July 2006. We are listed with Ofsted. Up to 26 kids can get full-day care and after-school care from us during any given session. We belong to the NDNA and the Early Years Alliance (National Day Nurseries Association). The Early Years Alliance is the largest single supplier of Nursery education and care through its member Nurseries. The Alliance is a national nonprofit organisation devoted to high-quality early childhood education. For kids ages 2 to 11, Houghton Nursery Group aspires to provide a secure, joyful, and stimulating environment. Throughout the year, Houghton Nursery Group is open 51 weeks. Each and every Bank Holiday, we are closed. We are open over the Christmas season, but we also have the option of closing if necessary. We're open eight hours a day, seven days a week, from Monday through Friday.
