To ensure that each person is given the challenge and support they need to realise their full potential, assess, document, and analyse each child's progress. Create effective working connections with parents/carers to ensure a seamless transition from home to nursery and to motivate them to be active participants in their child's growth. Communicate with other organisations and promote productive working relationships with them, utilising their expertise and assistance where appropriate. Recognize and accommodate the professional development needs of all of our workers.
