The committee-run nonprofit Henley Pre-School received an excellent rating from Ofsted (November 2016). Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment that is stimulating so that children can develop their own unique and creative talents via imaginative and social activities. By carefully planning activities to support their growth and development in all learning areas, including personal, social and emotional, physical, communication and language, literature, math, and understanding the world, we cater to the individual needs of the children while also ensuring equal opportunities. The Pre-goal School's is to motivate kids to learn through play by exploring, inventing, and having fun. Our guiding principle is to involve the children in our care in developmentally appropriate activities that they will enjoy, learn from, and also provide them with the chance to challenge themselves and advance. Our policies and the most recent Ofsted inspection report are on display at Pre-School. Additionally, you can access the report online at www.ofsted.gov.uk. We use a Key Person system at Henley Pre-School. When a child joins our school, a Key Person is assigned to them. For each kid, the Key Person is in charge of maintaining up-to-date development data (in the form of an online Learning Journey). These records cover every area of development from the beginning of the Early Years' Foundation Stage, which lasts until the end of reception for young children (foundation). Access to Tapestry, a user-friendly online learning journal, is available to parents. It is an excellent approach for the faculty and parents/caregivers to document, monitor, and celebrate their child's growth in early childhood education. Every term, we produce a summary report and end-of-term development. Throughout the year, parents are routinely updated on their child's progress.
