Gayle, who has spent more than 20 years working in environments for young children, realised a lifetime professional ambition in 2006 when she became the proprietor of Happytime Pre-school.
Gayle holds current qualifications for Paediatric First Aid and as a Designated Safeguarding Officer in addition to having an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning, and Development.
Hannah began working in the childcare sector after graduating from high school and joined the Happytime team in September 2016.
She adds a wealth of precious expertise to the team and to her position as deputy manager with her 25 years of significant and varied experience.
In addition to working with kids of all ages in pre-school and nursery settings, Hannah has also worked as a private nanny for different families.
She serves as both the Special Needs & Inclusion Coordinator (SENCO/INCO) and the Early Years Foundation, thanks to her broad work.
Her hobbies outside of work include gardening, caring for animals, and spending time with family and friends.
Shortly before Gayle took over control of the preschool in 2006, Sarah's experience at Happytime began.
Sarah had held positions as a legal secretary and in the retail industry before working as a preschool assistant.
One of our food hygiene coordinators, she holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning, and Development.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog in addition to working at Happytime.
Elaine has a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Pre-school Practice and is currently in possession of both a Child Protection and a First Aid certificate.

She recently completed her degree programme at the Open University, which included a study of child psychology.
Jo joined the Happytime team in January of 2015.
Jo, who has many years of experience working in early childhood settings, is constantly seeking to learn more about autism and issues related to young people's mental health.
As of right now, she has a Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning, and Development.
Jo spends her time with her family, which consists of five children who are all at different phases of life from elementary to college, away from the workplace.
Since graduating from high school, she has worked in the childcare and early years sector, which means she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with the team.
NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning, and Development is what Sarah possesses.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her family on excursions and reading outside of the workplace.
Every employee at Happytime receives monthly training on all facets of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
