Happy Hours Preschool

Danielle Wrightson, the owner of Happy Hours Pre-School and a graduate of West Sussex's Chichester University with a degree in early childhood studies, is a member of the Early Explorers Childcare Ltd. In the past, Danielle has successfully managed a Montessori nursery, had a small music business, and spent the last 12 years working in the childcare sector. Kelly Drummond, who has worked in childcare for 22 years, is in charge of the Pre-School. Through our key worker development program's structure, we hope to collaborate with our parents. Through the completion of personalised learning journals for each child and regular communication with parents, this programme enables each staff member to carefully track the growth of the children in their care. This promotes growth to each child's greatest potential in a cosy, safe, and nurturing atmosphere.
