Happitime Playgroup LTD

The group's SENCO, Faith began working at Happitime as a volunteer and has since earned a BA in childhood studies. Faith enjoys using her creativity to engage the kids in crafting and role-playing games. Sahra recently became a member of our staffing team. Sahra says she plans to pursue a level 3 qualification after completing her level 2 childcare qualification, which is scheduled to be completed next year, since "I enjoy working with children so much." Rosie works as our part-time administrator and bookkeeper. She has been employed by Happitime for more than 8 years; prior to that, she volunteered as a helper while her two children attended the playgroup. The Happitime playgroup was such a beautiful experience for me and my daughter, and Hailey joined the team when her daughter Amelia started the group in 2015. I could be as involved (or not) as I wanted to be because the parent lead philosophy allowed for it. Urszula joined the group in the beginning as a play assistant and is currently the manager. She has a level 3 certificate in childcare as well as several other related credentials, including training in paediatric first aid, managing diabetes, understanding autism, and SENCO.
