Children between the ages of 2 and 5 are given high-quality care and instruction at Hanborough Meadows Pre-School. Children's learning and development are supported by the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework (effective from 1st September 2021).

A Special Child.
Every youngster is a special individual who is always learning and is capable of being tenacious, competent, confident, and self-assured.
The framework addresses early childhood education and care for all children, including those with special needs and impairments.

Our environment employs a key person strategy.
This means that each employee has a specific group of kids for whom they are accountable, that they work in an environment where parents are partners in helping their kids learn and grow, and that parents are involved in shaping the services the organisation provides.
The Early Learning Goals specify the level of development that kids are anticipated to have acquired by the conclusion of the Early Years Foundation Stage for each area.
These objectives outline what should be known and accomplished by the time children complete their first academic year.
Young children learn and develop through doing and talking when they are active and playing.
Children acquire the ability to think critically and comprehend their surroundings in this way.
We/I plan educational activities that will enable kids to advance in all areas of their learning using the EYFS statutory guidance.
This programme consists of a mix of activities planned and led by professionals and activities that youngsters plan and organise on their own.
By monitoring how a child learns and being explicit about what we can do and supply to support each child in remaining an effective and motivated learner, we try to provide for the qualities of effective learning.
