Greengables Day Nursery

Open from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm, seven days a week; all inclusive.
For kids ages six weeks to five years old, our Greengables Day Nursery is open from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday through Friday.
We are a single-story, purpose-built nursery conveniently located on Yeovil Road, across from the Owlsmoor Community Center. With direct access to the garden from each of our age-appropriate rooms, children may engage in a variety of sensory activities, learn about nature, and develop their gross motor skills while also getting plenty of opportunities to move their entire bodies.
We instil in kids a sense of responsibility for the environment, and we're delighted that our nursery has earned the Eco Schools Green Flag Award. Children can plant, tend to, and harvest their own vegetables in our garden patch.
Our extremely knowledgeable and skilled staff members make sure that your child's days are full of play-based learning. Our Teach to Reach programme, which received the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award, acknowledges the significance of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), which sets and evaluates industry minimum standards, but also celebrates the increased importance being given to wellbeing and language and communication skills for the very young.
A major emphasis is placed on nutrition and good eating, and our on-site chef creates a varied meal that is nutritionally balanced and takes dietary restrictions and cultural preferences into account. We have earned the Silver Food for Life accreditation, proving that we utilise more morally and environmentally responsible as well as locally sourced ingredients.
We regularly host parent training courses, including First Aid and School Readiness programmes, in order to share our expertise with parents.
