For fifty weeks out of the year, the Nursery and Preschool are open from 7:30 am to 6 pm.
In addition to the whole day, we also provide morning and afternoon sessions.
In September 2008, the Early Years Foundation Stage was unveiled, and in September 2012, it underwent revision.
It serves as a framework for the education, growth, and care of kids from birth to age five.
We provide the kids a range of educational opportunities that they can use whenever they want during the day.
To ensure that every child has fun and enjoys their time in Nursery and Preschool, activities are created depending on the interests of the children.
We communicate information in many different methods, such as a "all about me" book when your child first starts in the nursery, daily journal sheets, biweekly newsletters in the preschool, stay and play sessions, parents evenings, and transition forms.
The staff is dedicated to providing thorough feedback at the conclusion of sessions, and parents are always welcome to call for a daytime update.
The Nursery and Preschool are included in the school's registration with the ISA, thus although though we are registered with Ofsted to provide care, we are now inspected alongside the school by the ISI (Independent Schools Inspectorate).
If your child gets sick while in our care, we'll get in touch with you to either ask that they be picked up from nursery or preschool or to suggest that you schedule a doctor's appointment.
Unfortunately, there may be times when we need to ask your kid to avoid the nursery and preschool in order to stop the spread of an infection.
Baby Bees, Honey Bees, Bumble Bees, and Busy Bees are the four age- and development-based rooms of the nursery.
Through vibrant, exciting provision areas that fulfil each area of the EYFS, children are given a variety of experiences to boost their learning and development.
Along with their indoor and outdoor schooling, the kids also use the school hall once a week for a dance teacher-led music and movement class.
It helps kids develop their social skills and gives siblings chances to interact throughout the day.
A 100 payment is necessary to reserve a spot in the Nursery.
When your child turns 11 and leaves school or the nursery, this deposit is returned.
Daycare Center Deferred Entrance: Deferred entry is only permitted ONCE and for a maximum of ONE MONTH, with the exception of TIMMY TIPTOES, which allows for THREE MONTHS.
The first of every month is when fees are due in advance.
Children must show up for a minimum of two sessions each week.
If you intend to leave the nursery, you must offer four weeks' notice; otherwise, a month's worth of fees will be charged in its place.
Bank holidays and the two-week Christmas closure are free.
Children whose fees are past due risk having access to the Nursery restricted until all fees are paid.
A school-wide incentive programme called Banks Bee exhorts students to "Be Committed, Bee Involved, Bee Loyal, Bee Bold, and BE THE BEST THEY CAN BE!"
Banks Bee is here to maintain the cohesiveness of the Greenbank Family.
Through the Banks Bees incentive programme, which offers bronze, silver, gold, and even platinum prizes, our students will be recognised for their involvement and effort as they go through the school.
