Children develop incredibly strong relationships with the professionals and feel incredibly safe while in their care.
To offer a secure, joyful, and educational setting where each child is respected as a special individual, cared for within a warm pre-school community, and encouraged to be interested, explore, and make sense of the world around them.
We think that every kid has an equal opportunity to learn and grow, that every child deserves to feel safe and like they belong, and that every child deserves the assistance they need to be secure in their own identity.
Our key person approach facilitates connections between home and preschool, giving each child a distinctive and individualised experience that fosters their personal, social, and emotional development. We see parents and caregivers as a child's first and most significant educators.
Through parent post-its and parental participation in the assessment and updating of policies, we work to foster cooperation with parents in all facets of the pre-schools' service.
The daily pre-school curriculum at Green Shoots incorporates child-led learning, physical activity, healthy living, storytelling, singing, Makaton, letters and sounds, and science.
We fully adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and advice to make sure that a child's right to inclusion is at the core of our work.
We work hard to foster relationships with other early childhood organisations and the community at large in order to improve the children's opportunities and experiences in life.
