Green Hedges Day Nursery

We are dedicated to including all children at Green Hedges Day Nursery.
In order for them to share chances and experiences, grow, and learn from one another, all children have the right to be looked after and educated so that they can develop to their full potential alongside one another through positive encounters.
We work hard to ensure that no child is discriminated against or placed at a disadvantage as a result of their needs by providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere where children are supported in accordance with their particular needs.
Regardless of their particular needs, we think that every kid has a right to grow up alongside their classmates.
Every kid has the right to a diverse and equitable early learning environment.
All kids get ongoing observational evaluations that are connected to the EYFS's developmental topics, ages, and stages (Early Years Foundation Stage).
Discussions on these important person observations will take place with the room leader, setting SENCO, and setting manager.
A key person is appointed to each child.
Similarly, if the key person has discovered a potential individual need, they will speak with you about it privately so that you can come up with a plan to help your child's learning and development.
If necessary, the SENCO will consult with other experts to determine each person's unique needs.
Each child who joins the nursery will receive a thorough settling-in phase tailored to meet their specific needs.
