Great Bowden Pre-School

The Preschool joined the Pre-school Learning Alliance when it first opened its doors in 1984. We have an Ofsted registration for kids 2 to grade school. The organisation is a recognised charity, hence it is administered by a committee (a list of committee members can be found on our notice board). Diane Cancellierie is the manager. Our goal is for your child to learn through play in a setting that is safe, secure, and exciting, while also ensuring that all kids and their families have an equal chance at success. Following the government's recommendations for the early years foundation stage, we collaborate with parents to identify their child's interests and requirements before presenting them with opportunities and activities that will further their growth and learning. The high adult to child ratio, interactions and friendships with both children and adults, and the assistance of a personal key person enable each kid to get individualised care. Additionally, we have a staff member who serves as our coordinator for special educational requirements. We give you and your family the chance to actively participate in the group's activities and in the development of your own child.
