September is getting closer, which is making instructors and kids more and more excited! We can't wait to meet the kids and are eagerly anticipating the first day; come say hello to us on the playground before classes begin! Here are some details on what you can expect from us throughout the first half of the year as well as some information about what the kids will require during that time. Please be aware that there won't be any homework for the first half of the semester to give the kids time to adjust, but they still need to read at least four times a week (and record it in their reading log) and work on their times tables and spellings (which are set weekly). Your kid will be given a list of websites, login information, and passwords within the first week of school to access Mathletics, Purple Mash, Times Tables Rock Stars, and other online learning programmes. Please don't be concerned if you can't. At school, we have extra pencils and rulers. Please inform your child's class teacher if you are unable to provide any of these items or if you have forgotten them, and they will try to provide something on your behalf.
