First Place Nursery

Beginning on July 1st, 2015, all childcare providers have a responsibility to guard against persons being involved in terrorism. We protect our kids and take precautions to assess the risk of kids getting involved in terrorism by having strict safeguarding policies. First Place Nurseries respects the variety of backgrounds that exist among all the kids and families in our neighbourhoods. We acknowledge that the United Kingdom is multi-cultural and multi-religious, and we are aware of the critical role that our nurseries play in fostering these ideals. Children are encouraged to consider other people's perspectives and opinions by managers and employees. Children are given the chance to cooperate, share, and take turns when working in groups. Staff members make sure that kids participate in setting rules and boundaries so they may start learning right from wrong and what the repercussions are. The young ones are urged to express their feelings and form their own friendships on their own. Children are encouraged to cultivate a positive self-image, which in turn boosts their self-confidence. Children are taught that having a different perspective and thinking about it are both appropriate. Mutual Respect and Tolerance-treat others as you want to be treated. Children come to understand and accept the value of diversity in our society. All holidays are welcomed and celebrated, and the staff encourages youngsters to have varied mindsets.
