Fernbank Childrens Centre

The Fernbank Children's Centre & Nursery was founded to give local families' children access to childcare and educational possibilities. For young children and their families, it provides family services, such as high-quality daycare integrated with early learning that is in line with the requirements of each child and their family. Fernbank is a part of Jubilee Primary School and a larger group of Children's Centers that are close by and offer a variety of services and support to local families.
The Early years curriculum guides the practitioners in providing quality activities to support and extend the children's learning and development. There is a diverse spectrum of social, cultural, economic, linguistic, and racial origins among the students at Fernbank. We honour and value this diversity and incorporate it into our daily operations at the nursery.
All children should develop, learn, and accept one another together, in our opinion. Because of this, we are quite clear that neither children nor adults are allowed to engage in racism, sexism, or any other sort of prejudice. Children from 3 months to 5 years old can receive childcare and education at the centre. 2018 saw Fernbank receive the Ofsted rating of "Good."
