Children are urged by adults to recognise that their opinions matter, to respect one another's opinions and values, and to express their feelings, such as whether they need assistance or not. The staff encourages youngsters to make their own decisions and offers cooperative, sharing, and turn-taking games. Children are given the chance to cultivate inquisitive minds. Staff members assist kids in understanding their own and others' behaviour, its effects, and how to tell right from wrong. Children are empowered by staff to establish rules and standards of conduct, such as deciding on the rules for tidying up and making sure all children understand that rules apply to everyone. The development of a positive self-image in children is fostered. Children have opportunity to grow in self-awareness, self-esteem, and confidence in their own skills thanks to the staff. Staff members support a variety of activities that help kids explore the language of emotions and responsibility, think about their differences, and realise that it's okay to have different perspectives.
