Edgware Montessori

I have known at a very young age that my passion is for early childhood education. When my kids were little, they went to a Montessori nursery where they learned academic skills and information and gained social confidence. I first discovered the Montessori technique at this time, and I quickly knew it was the perfect choice for me. I took a Montessori course and worked as the deputy head of a Montessori nursery for five years. My ambition of opening my own Montessori nursery was realised in 2002. I deeply ingrained my Montessori training in order to establish a secure, tranquil, and nurturing atmosphere for kids to develop. 19 years later, I'm delighted to say that I founded four Montessori nurseries that serve the communities of Brent and Harrow. It gives me the utmost satisfaction to know that I can influence future generations' thinking by providing kids with an exciting environment in which to grow. What the hand does, the mind remembers, according to Maria Montessori, who thought that a child's first five years have the greatest capacity for learning. I take great pride in providing children with lovely, well-equipped settings that offer them a never-ending supply of learning opportunities that not only prepare them academically but also help them build confidence and lay a solid basis for tackling problems in the outside world. The child is always kept at the centre of all we do thanks to this as well as solid relationships between the home and nursery and effective communication.
