At Earlybirds, we take great pleasure in the exceptional calibre of our workforce.
We need all employees to have at least Level 3 Early Years certification, as well as Paediatric First Aid certification, as a condition of employment.
For kids from birth to five years old, Earlybirds offers a nursery.
With our school wraparound care and holiday club, Earlybirds supports busy working families in partnership with our neighbourhood schools.
Children of full-time school age are eligible for our wraparound care programme.
It can be stressful for both you and your kid when they start nursery or move from another setting.
Our settling in approach is adaptable to meet your child's specific needs in order to help you feel happy and secure at Earlybirds.
We offer customizable settling-in periods that are tailored to your child's specific requirements in order to give parents and caregivers peace of mind that their kid is happy and secure at Earlybirds.
Practitioners are present in each room to assist with the settling-in sessions and to respond to any inquiries or concerns.
Your child's key person will be introduced to you during your settling in sessions at Earlybirds. This person has unique responsibilities for working with you and your child and providing them with the assurance they need to feel safe and cared for while at daycare.
In order to completely satisfy your needs, your key person will take the time to get to know you and your kid well.
