One of the UK's top leisure trusts, Stevenage Leisure Limited (SLL), is a registered charity. It is also a community-based and targeted Non-Profit Distributing Organization (NPDO).

A thorough integrated health and safety management system is in place at SLL, and it is reviewed annually or more frequently as needed.
The SLL quality management system (QMS) and environmental management system (EMS) are fully integrated with the health and safety management system (HSMS) to provide a comprehensive total quality management system across all areas of the business that consistently delivers high standards of quality and safety.
A key factor of this integrated system is a structured training programme for all relevant employees in key areas such as First Aid, COSHH, Risk Assessment, Fire Marshal and Legionella.
