DPA Performing Arts Academy

Drama clubs and institutions offering further education in the performing arts can collaborate thanks to the DPA Academy of Dance & Performing Arts. Karen Thompson, the organization's creator, saw a glaring hole in the educational system that prevented young people interested in the performing arts from receiving the proper training. As an independent semi-vocational theatre school, DPA Performing Arts Academy opened its doors in September 2010 and offers kids and teens the chance to enrol in classes for pleasure or to become ready for professions in the performing arts. Our mission is to offer instruction and training, nurture and inspire pupils, and make sure they are all having fun, building their confidence, and making friends. Take classes in singing, dancing, acting, and musical theatre in a special learning environment for young people with exceptional talent. We provide part-time instruction in all performing arts disciplines for kids and teenagers between the ages of 18 months and 18 years. The most prestigious dance colleges and drama schools in the UK, such as GSA, Laine Theatre Arts, Urdang, Bird College, ICMP, Masters Performing Arts College, London Studio Centre, East 15 Acting School, Italia Conti, and many more, have welcomed a sizable number of DPA students.
