Dots & Tots Nursery

Alderman Richard Hallam Primary's grounds include the Dots & Tots Nursery.
The environment had a comprehensive renovation in 2019 that included specially constructed children's furnishings. From infants to preschoolers, we provide care here. Children may play and learn in depth in our open play environment. Each kid may develop at their own rate, and it offers them practise making decisions and coping with the results of those decisions. It also fosters a more flexible and open-ended use of the group's resources and gives them access to a safe outside play space.
The time and care put into building our children's spaces is a reflection of our conviction that young children deserve nothing less than the best and that their aesthetic sensibilities should be fostered from an early age. Children are active learners, therefore each of our three rooms is exciting and provides plenty of opportunity for the kids. Children are encouraged to participate in the environment, explore a range of materials, and express their creativity.
