Our goal at Dots 'n Spots is to offer a flexible childcare service that satisfies the requirements of all families and kids.
All of the rooms and outdoor spaces are kept to the greatest safety standards and created to provide a warm and pleasant atmosphere, allowing kids to develop in all areas.
We are a not-for-profit organisation with charitable status, and all fees are reinvested in the environment.
Three buildings can be found on the Dots n Spots property.
A member of our staff will lead the tour of the nursery, providing information about the nursery's daily operations as well as its layout, various room configurations, and services we offer.
In order to provide the services you desire, we will address the unique needs of you and your child throughout the tour.
You can make a reservation that includes our 10.00 registration fee if you decide that Dots & Spots is the childcare for you.
You and your kid will meet their Key-worker, who is a selected staff member who will work closely with you and your child throughout their stay in this room, at the first session, as well as any other pertinent staff members.
We will ask you to fill out an All About Me form before the initial settling-in sessions, which will include all information about your kid, such as allergies, medical concerns, habits, and dietary requirements.
We advise scheduling settling-in visits two weeks before your child's start date and allowing kids to remain for free for up to an hour each time.
At Dots & Spots, we go to great lengths to respect every person as a unique individual with equal rights and obligations to every other person, whether they are an adult or a kid.
According to each family's particular requirements, we are dedicated to giving all children with equitable access to opportunities and anti-discriminatory practises.
Each employee's job description will include a commitment to carrying out our inclusion and equality policy.
Anyone who believes that this policy is not being followed has a responsibility to bring this to the manager's attention as soon as possible.
Dots n Spots has an open admissions policy that allows access to all kids and families in the neighbourhood as well as from other areas.
ensuring that children from disadvantaged homes and those with learning challenges are included in all early learning programmes provided.
ensuring that young learners who do not speak English as their first language have complete access to early learning opportunities and are given support as they develop.
In order to gather all pertinent information and learn about any special needs requirements, we would first visit with the parents or caregivers before beginning the admissions process.
Following the meeting, the nursery might get in touch with other family-related specialists to find out more information or schedule another meeting with the parents/caregivers, other professionals involved, and the nursery.
We will make every effort to modify the setting with acceptable alterations if necessary, ensure personnel has the necessary training, and move forward with a start date after we have a good understanding of the requirements and demands of the family.
Just wanted to say thanks for taking such good care of Jack and for becoming like a second family to him.
He has been really happy coming here and has grown into a polite helpful clever little boy which is down to you all.
